Shipping Policy

  1. All prices quoted are Ex Warehouse and must be collected at the indicated warehouse where stock is available.

  2. No stock will be dispatched prior to full payment reflecting in the indicated bank account. 

  3. Indicated shipping terms does apply as per sales agreement.

  4. Goods will be shipped with our courier, all goods shipped will be uninsured and it is the clients' responsibility to request insurance and the full premium will be for client's account.

  5. Goods will be packaged in best suited packaging and will be handled with utmost care to avoid damage of contents.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  1. Products may not be returned/ exchanged unless arranged and agreed by the Sales Manager. 

  2. Goods are subject to acceptance of the warehouse/ manufacturer.

  3. Goods are to be unused and in original packaging.

  4. OME/ custom made goods can not be returned.

  5. Courier/ transport fees will be for clients account on all returns, unless stated and agreed by Sales Manager.

  6. All goods returned are subject to a handling fee charge.

  7. No returns can be made 14- days after the initial purchase date as indicated on the Tax Invoice.

  8. Returns must be logged and communicated in writing by email to info@arcticsun.co.za

- EFT
- Debit/ Credit Card (Available on request only) 
- No Cash will be accepted on site.

How do I obtain a product list/ price list?

Kindly contact our office or send an email to the Sales Team.

One of our dedicated sales staff will contact you and assist.

When is delivery?

Once your order is confirmed our Sales Team will be in contact and keep you updated until the goods has been dispatched and delivered.

Kindly make sure that you confirm the lead times and stock availability of the items you would like to purchase.

Where do I collect my goods?

As we distribute throughout the world you will be notified where to collect your goods, we will assist with the closest warehouse to your location- this will be confirmed prior to payment.

Any deliveries will be indicated, and the details confirmed prior to the payment of your goods.

Does my product have an any warranty/ guarantee?

Yes! All products have a warranty as set out by the manufacturer and will be stipulated on your sales documents.

You are welcome to enquire with the Sales Team to assist you with any additional information.

Can I return my items?

Yes! Items may be retuned if it is unopened, unused and the return is done in line with our policy and terms as set out.

Returns, Exchanges and Damaged items must be reported immediately to our Sales Team.
